Whose data it is, and who reaches it.
A club hands over names, dates of birth, photographs and, if it uses that part, clinical notes. Often about minors. This is what happens to them.
A different menu, different data.
It is not the same screen with buttons hidden. Somebody signing in with another role finds another application: fewer entries in the menu, and only what concerns them inside.
Player. Five entries in the menu. It opens to answer one question, and the rest of the club does not exist on their side.
Physiotherapist. The health record is theirs to write. On the coaching side they see whatever the club decides to show them, and inviting people never comes into it.

Whether they are in the squad, against whom, when and where. It is the first screen.
The calendar
The month's training and games, and a private address to put in a phone calendar.
The games
The season results and the record of each one. Without the opponents tab, which is the coach's.
The tactics
Only the moves the coach published, ready to run from start to finish or stop at any moment.
Their numbers
Attendance, call-ups and minutes. Theirs, and nobody else's.
The squad
Who is fit, limited or out, counted at the top of the list.
A player record
Availability with a reason and a return date, measurements and notes.
Recovery plans
Protocols with sets, reps and video, and who is working through them now.
Building a protocol
Exercises with sets, reps or seconds and a video link, in the order the player works through them.
Notes stay private until shared.
The clinical record belongs to whoever treats. A note reaches a player only when whoever wrote it decides to share it, and each club decides how much of the coaching work the physiotherapist gets.
Whose it is, and who sees it.
The product holds names, photographs, shirt numbers, dates of birth, attendance, minutes and match records, the account email of anybody who has one and, if the club uses that part, availability and clinical notes. Often, data about minors. So:
- Each club is closed to itself. A request made from one club returns no data from another, and every one of those rules was put to the test by a script that signs in as each role, not merely read.
- The health record is separated at the database level. Measurements reach only whoever does physiotherapy and the head coach.
- A note stays with whoever wrote it until they choose to share it, with the player, with the coaching staff or with both.
- The whole season comes out as an Excel file whenever you want, with squad, games and statistics. It is the same reckoning you see on screen.
- The private calendar address can be changed by whoever created it, and the old one stops working immediately.
